How do I download my files?
After your payment is confirmed, your files will be available through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. For best results, please download from a computer or web browser, as downloads may not always appear correctly in the Etsy app.
Will I receive anything in the post?
No. This is a digital product only. Nothing will be printed, posted, or physically delivered.
Can I print the files myself?
Yes. You can print the files at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. For the best result, I recommend using good-quality paper or card stock.
What paper should I use?
For posters or wall art, I recommend matte or satin paper. For cards, I recommend thicker card stock for a more professional finish.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted once the files have been purchased or downloaded. Please read the listing description carefully before purchasing.
